A two-part interactive training in the art of holding restorative space

Restorative Action Alliance invites you to join us for our Circle Keeper Training, a foundational, values-driven learning experience designed to cultivate the art of holding restorative space in community. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of circle practice and grounded in contemporary restorative justice principles, this training explores how to create spaces that foster connection, healing, accountability, and transformation.

Over the course of two 4-hour sessions, participants will explore:

• The foundations and philosophy of restorative practices
• The history, structure, and essential elements of Circle Process
• Roles and equal value in Circle 
• Practical tools for holding community-building and healing circles
• Approaches to deep listening, shared leadership, and self-reflection
• Techniques for online circle facilitation and creating ritual virtually

Whether you're an advocate, educator, community leader, or someone impacted by systemic harm or injustice, this training equips you with the skills and frameworks to begin or deepen your journey as a Circle Keeper.

Certificate & Practicum:
Participants who complete the training and participate in at least four live circles and co-facilitate one will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Restorative Action Alliance.

Cost: $150 per participant. A limited number of scholarships are available for individuals directly impacted by the cycles of sexual harm or the criminal legal system.
