The Restorative Action Alliance Legal Working Group has complied a chart that compares the reporting obligations of registered persons in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey to the newly expanded (2022) federal Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) regulations. It is our hope that the document will provide viewers with important context, illustrate the complicated and onerous nature of overlapping requirements and serve as a useful educational tool for those who are subject to them.
